Total Compensation includes salary, commissions, bonus, and residuals. District Sales Managers at plan will make over $100K. Full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with a match.
This role is responsible for selling AmCheck products and services to new prospects. The District Sales Manager is responsible for self-generating leads through various sales channels. Additional areas of responsibility include the development and maintenance of relationship channels with Benefit Brokers, P&C Brokers, CPA’s, etc., attending networking functions to make new contacts and generate new business opportunities. He or she is responsible for achieving an assigned monthly and annual sales quota.
Requirements

Conduct business-to-business sales prospecting within the assigned area through visiting potential customers and cold calling.

Meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and sales targets.

Respond quickly and efficiently to sales leads.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, human resources and payroll professionals, CPA’s, bankers, bookkeepers, etc.

Follow through with potential clients and close deals.

Attend networking and/or industry events to generate potential new business opportunities.

Must have a strong work ethic and demonstrate regular attendance.

Work closely with customer service and maintain a positive work attitude with other team members.

Maintain CRM and complete sales reports as needed.

Assist with converting new clients and submitting clean and complete paperwork.
